My ringo robot v1 won’t turn on. I have tried charging it for different amounts of time but it still never turns on.
When you plug it into the charger does the charging LED come on?
Do you have a multi-meter so that you can check the battery voltage?

Are there any lights when you connect Ringo to you PC? Have you tried multiple cables and validated that the PC’s USB port works. Given that your Ringo is now over 12 months old, it is possible that its battery has failed. I am searching for details on Ringo and will try and find a suitable
When I plug either Ringo or Wink in, they both turn on a red light to indicate charging.
